Return Policy
Returns
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of STORE CREDIT ONLY as of 01/01/2022. Customers will be limited to 5 returns per year due to customers request of return. We highly encourge you to read all descriptions of sizing and material to ensure the best fit. After 5 returns within one calander year, we will not accept any more orders from said customer.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any reduced-price items of 30% off or more or merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Pre-Orders are final sale
- Accessories are final sale
- All original tags must be attached.
- You will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
SHOE RETURNS:
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.(No scuffs, signs of wear whatsoever)
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
- If there are shipping stickers or labels directly on the shoe box, we can not accept a return.
To return,
- Be sure all items are in the required conditions mapped out above before attempting a return.

- You will receive an emailed shipping label to return your items. All items must be shipped back to our facility within a week of the shipping label being created in order to receive your store credit.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and issue your store credit
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
Pre-orders
All preorders are final sale! If you have not received your item and it is past the preorder turn around time, we will credit your account at your request. Any requests for refunds prior to turnarond time estimation will not be granted.
